Olá amigos, bem-vindos ao meu Blog das ideias em letras e em telas. Hoje , como é o dia das mentiras, não vou escrever nada meu, mas vou partilhar convosco um dos meus poemas preferidos:
My Symphony of Life
To live content with small means;
to seek elegance, rather than luxury, and
refinement rather than fashion.
To be worthy, not respectable, and
weathy, not rich; to study hard,
think quietley, talk gently, act frankly;
to listen to stars and birds,
to babes and sages with open heart;
to bear all cheerfully, do all brevely,
await occasions, hurry never.
In a word, to let the spiritual,
unbidden and unconscious, grow up
through the common.
This will be my symphony...
